This module is designed for the contractors involved in construction projects and keen to explore new technology especially the Building Information Modelling or BIM. This session will explain and discuss BIM for contractors, its benefits, challenges and opportunities, case studies; and the implementation. Participants will be able to discuss the benefits of BIM deployment in their organizations, such as work practices, contracts, IT infrastructure, and skill development.
