This module is designed to deliver fundamental knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to industry players, especially contractors. This training program is divided into several sections: BIM General Concept, BIM Application for Contractor, and BIM Contract Requirement. It has passed several phases of review by expert panels from various construction-related fields. Contractors can obtain the knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and understand how it can reduce the common problems in a construction project when using the conventional method such as cost overruns and time delays, ultimately maximizing savings and profits. This module will help contractors to fulfill the contract requirement, especially for government BIM project.
