This 3 days module will teach participants the concept of model coordination and the use of model management software as a basic kowledge of BIM. At the end of this module, participants are expected to be able to:

a) Describe the process workflow for technical coordination BIM model.

b) Describe the use of the BIM model to check the design intent.

c) Open and append BIM model files from various sources and save the model by using model management software.

d) Perform a visual check of the model projects and use the reports.

e) Review and audit the accuracy and adequacy of the information contained in BIM model.

f) To check the clashes of the model produced by various parties.

g) To prepare reports for clashed model and audit report.

a) Diploma or Degree holder A/E/C related course

b) 5 years working experience in A/E/C related field or 5 years experiencein teaching final year  subject A/E/C related degree course

c) Has attended BIM concept & theory

d) Has completed related BIM Fundamental Modelling or any BIM technical modelling software
